I had a really bad accident on Memorial Day and I’ve been bouncing between hospitals, rehab centers, and nursing facilities for six months. Haven’t been home once. I don’t think I’d have been able to manage my bills, my obligations, and my sanity if my family hadn’t stepped up. Extremely thankful for my mom and my brother.

My dog died this year, my car broke down and lost my job, my daughter won’t let me see my grandkids, I live in a house with electric, water and no heat, my washer, fridge, and stove has quit on me. I have no money, no family, no thanksgiving meal but I’m thankful that I wake up everyday to keep working on changing my circumstances. I love Jesus and I’m blessed everyday that he gave his life for my sins. I talked to him daily, he’s like my only friend at this point and I’m blessed to have him.

I have a secret ,I don't tell many people, I keep it to myself. I'm on my own I don't have any family. So tomorrow I'll celebrate Thanksgiving by myself. I'm ok 🙂 Thank God that I still have my health and that I have food on my table and a roof over my head.
