I picked the second one because my younger self could have used the knowledge of the importance of bone and muscle strengthening BEFORE and during perimenopause (and not starting only at almost the end of perimenopause 🙃) So as to attract a younger audience I guess the second one would be best imh

All are important, but nobody is getting younger contrary to what you hear these days, so I picked the last option. Thanks for posting this getting people's mind focused on things that are actually beneficial.🙂🙂

I picked the second one because if you look to the third one as you are hitting old age then (from experience you have missed the boat, the damage may have already set in) however if in your 20, 30’s and 40’s you eat/live in a more informed way with old age in mind then you can adjust your sail accordingly…
