For her story : Ice-Dorah is an ice flying dragon who lived in a ice age since the ancient times when ancient titans appeared from the earth she can also lived in space just like the original monster zero Besides, she has been around since seven million years ago before earl rises from "earl : the nature's rage" she was sleeping in ice for 50 years now underneath the artica since it's her home she once rises again in "Earl : King Of The Kaijus"
Now time for the scaling
Strength : Being able to lift earl up and flew up in the air while holding him (Who weights 99,733 tons) but instead of dropping him from the sky she went even higher, higher away from earth and in space and dropped him like that (lifting strength)
Can ragdoll and land a few bites and tail slaps knocking kaijus to the ground (like the green gojiras from the green gojira species for example) and one of them weight 99,97, tons (Striking Strength)
Speed : Possibly faster then Destoroyah and Monster zero, can move faster then the rockets that can one shot planets,
On land she can run about 4665 to 7,000 mph

Durability : Tanked one of earl's atomic breath when they fight on boston (Earl's atomic breath is capable of shattering a multiversal in half)
Survived some nuclear bombs underwater like what monster zero did

Intelligence : Seem to understand on how her opponents attacks and powers work, one of them are smarter then the other one
Battle IQ : Since the ancient times she's been fighting 7 green godzillas all at once thinking before attacking, when some kaiju keeps hitting her the same attack all over again she can block it with her wings, Pretty skilled at fighting when fighting kaijus in countless battles especially in the ancient times
