I think self destruct is the main issue, 4c Buu needs to stay to keep Yellow vegeta in check. In no way people want a yellow vegeta meta the game will completely die and the final nail in the coffin if so. In my opinion, Self Destruct BAN 3c 30k Buu BAN 2c Babidi Barrier limit to 1 Buu literally can lose to 5-7 decks at this very moment but those decks have no relevancy due to cell being the best deck and losing to it miserably.
