Good evening followers! So you probably heard about the whole UnitedHealthcare CEO shooting that took place about a week ago. Considering that UnitedHealthCare(UHC) was using AI to automate claim approvals or denials and how much the claim denial rate spiked up not too long before the UHC CEO shooting took place, the shooting should serve as a warning to what can happen if AI falls into the wrong hands and that person who gets ahold of it misuses or abuses it (especially for evil reasons). As the famous Spiderman quote goes, “with great power comes great responsibility.” For those of you who have heard about it and read up on the topic, to what extent would you agree what I am saying here?
