My dream car would require ton of maintenance, while I got it free, the upkeeping wouldn't be cheap, and I'm in no financial place where I could SUPPORT my dream car.

Given my depression has robbed me of wanting to use/game on a computer (haven't turned mine on in 5 years), as much as I love them I guess I'd take the car nowadays 🥴 My mom LOVED the old Jaguars, but comically she would always say "If someone offered me one I'd take it, and then immediately sell it!" 😐 h

If: - The car will never broke down - I have infinite petrol/free petrol - Since it's expensive, also free parking/garage and - I can still play on console - The steam deck/any portable console is a console Then yes

No judgement, but I can't believe how many people would rather have a fancy computer than their dream car. The sense of fulfillment and genuine happiness that I get from my moderately fast pickup truck is infinitely greater than the temporary buzz that I get from video games.

When it comes to my car the only thing I care about is reliably getting from point A to point B. But when it comes to games I can hardly stand anything below 90 fps. And even 90 fps is barely tolerable.
