Hannah, so sad that this is your reality!😢 it certainly shows the importance of a father figure in his daughters life and how devastating it can be when you are disappointed! Many people struggle with the effects of alcohol and drugs and the person you are experiencing now is only those things coming to the forefront! Be strong and hang on tight, that Rollercoaster ride of emotion is very turbulent to say the least. The more you love the greater the disappointment, so for your better health and wellbeing you may do well to distance yourself a bit! I am most likely older than your father so I will say that there are likely events in his life that have caused him this outcome, I pray he realizes he needs help and searches it out, you may be the guide he needs to find it! Remove your emotion out of the situation and think clearly about the solution! Allowing your emotion to control an outcome will only serve to enable him so you can feel better. That is never the correct answer! How is Molly handling this? Stand with her and whoever else is close in the family, taking this on by yourself is not good either, strength in numbers!! This too shall pass onto better times! ❤❤

I have the same urge to build stuff when i feel out of control of my life. Its such a healthy practice. Sending you all the love in the world you're doing incredible and amazing things. Youre such a good role model for me snd I love watching you build stuff bc you teach me more about building. Youre not alone in the figbt. I Love you sis!!!

The best of us always comes out from those of us whose strength is beyond comprehension. I get it 100%. A few years ago, probably 10 maybe 15 years, I started to focus on, the fact that, I’m this incredible person because of the trials I have been through. I actually thank God everyday for this amazing life I live because the mess that brought me to this point, propelled me to create a life I cherish today ! That’s my daily focus! I’m grateful for the messy people in my life, they taught me more than I could have ever learned without them.
