I was 21 when this came out and I camped out in front of target to get one with some friends. Being 40, the thought of doing that sounds terrible but at 21, it was so fun and worth it.

Happy anniversary to the first game I played! And one of my favourites at that! I remember the days when I’d get home from school, boot up my mom’s GameCube and played twilight princess… that game made my childhood… and although I never finished it… I still hold it dear in my heart… and next chance I get, im definitely gonna play it again

My favorite and actually my first Zelda game that got me hooked. Ocarina of time came out the year I was born and I didn't have a Nintendo system until the Wii.

I remember I paid a $100 deposit to preorder this and the Wii from Toys R Us. I showed up like 10 minutes after they opened on launch day to find that they sold all their consoles regardless of preorder status on a first come first serve basis. That was the last time I ever was in a Toys R Us or preordered anything. I didn't end up getting this and a Wii until early January. Looking back I should have just got the GameCube version (which I later did get in like 2010) but even that didn't release until December, Nintendo really wanted to boost Wii sales I guess.

Dam seriously? Twilight Princess was released same day as Wii? Thats means first game on Wii, thats makes me like Wii even more. Cause Twilight Princess is Awsome and one of my favorite games from life. And i still have mine original copy for Nintendo Wii.
