I feel the exact same way at the moment! Weekly long form videos are tough, especially if art making is involved and creativity in general. I think we need to take that pressure away from us from time to time.. wishing you all the best to recharging!! 🦋

Hope you feel better soon and get your inspiration back 💙 for me after college I could barely touch it, just now getting back into it, it's been two years. At least we have your latest book to enjoy for now ^

Enjoy your break and hurry back 😭💕 So confused reading this because I didn't think you uploaded on YouTube anymore, only to find out I've missed a year worth of content??? I don't understand why or how my subscriptions keep getting suppressed to the point where I literally never see anything I like and all I'm getting is recommended video from the most popular channels. Like what's even the point of subscribing if YouTube won't bother to show me the people I love?

Hey everyone! I want to take a moment to say thank you for all the insight and input on my last video. I truly appreciate every comment—whether encouraging or constructive—because it’s always valuable to hear your perspective as a viewer consuming my content.
That said, I’ve been feeling really burned out from creating weekly content. Consistent posting hasn’t done much for my channel’s growth or my own creativity, and as an introvert, it’s exhausting to always be talking, sharing tips, and putting myself out there. Right now, I want to focus on creating art, not content.
I’ll be stepping away from regular uploads for a while, but I’ll be back when I feel refreshed and excited to share again! If you’d like to support my work in the meantime, you can check out my shop sarucatepes.com/shop for prints, stickers, or originals, or even send a commission request. If you want to keep up with my daily life and sketching, you can find me over on Instagram @sarucatepes.
Thank you for your kindness and understanding—I appreciate you so much! 🫶
