George Browning

Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has watched the channel in 2024! I had a whole spiel recorded for the end of the Stitch video that I ended up cutting for brevity so I'll reiterate some of it here instead.

I got a lot of videos out this year that I'm very proud of, the Sorcerer's Hat, the Discovery River Boats, and Mirapolis probably being my favourites. But at the beginning of this year I had this whole plan to make a few bigger, more in-depth videos. The Mirapolis video was one of them and I'm very happy that I managed to get that one done and really glad it's been so well received, but there were also a few others of similar, or in most cases, larger scale that I just couldn't get done this year and will have to wait until 2025. In particular there is one video that I've had planned out for *ages* that is absolutely huge and I have no idea when or even if it will ever get made. I suppose we'll have to just wait and see...

There are so many great theme park creators on YouTube that I've been pretty inspired by and I definitely want to make some of these bigger projects, but it seems like it's always a balancing act between wanting to do that and also wanting to get videos out regularly enough so that you guys have enough new stuff to watch. I can't make any promises, but I'm hoping in 2025 to do a mix of both.

I've also wondered recently if there's any sort of an appetite for something like a Patreon where bonus stuff, more obscure theme park topics, or perhaps some other style of theme park history videos could go? If enough people were interested in that I could have a look into doing something like that.

Lastly and most importantly, another thank you! The support I get on my videos is really, really appreciated. I'm looking forward to making more YouTube videos in 2025, thanks for watching so far, there's plenty more to come! Wishing you all a Happy New Year!

@FigmentForever

Happily been a subscriber for 4+ years and enjoy your + Defunctland’s channels so much. As an elder millennial, your affection & knowledge of Disney Parks is so reminiscent of my own. Keep going forward & best of luck!

Have a happy New Year! I would love to see you do more really in depth videos on a larger topic at some point, kinda like the urban exploration one. But you do you, and good luck in 2025!

Happy new year! I loved the videos you put out last year, but especially the ones about the River Boats and Mirapolis. I really love your takes on themeparks, I've been in the themepark youtube space for a while but your videos feel like a breath of fresh air to me. Looking forward to what you'll be putting out this year!

I just found you the other day and you’re pretty compelling. I’d love to see you cover more obscure European theme park stuff in the future as I really enjoyed the Miraopolis video. Have a great 2025 and I’ll be here all the way to watch your content.

Happy new year man, watched a lot of your videos while I was building legos I got for Christmas. Keep up the good work. I was planning on getting into content creation next year and you are one of the big factors I’m wanting to enter that kind of landscape. Long story short, thanks for being somewhat of an inspiration and have a happy 2025!

(Dependent on the price point,) I’d love to support you on Patreon! You are seriously one of my favorite channels!

@cattscratch

I just found you. I'd love to see more videos on lesser known theme parks. Opryland in Nashville, TN would be a specific interest, replaced by a mall.

I remember six months ago when you barely cracked 1000 views and I said you deserved so many more and now you are getting the views you deserve. It's great to see
