Hey everyone, just to clear things up I’m not connected to Kristen and Reafe personally; I’m just a fan who’s been rooting for them for a long time. I just wanted to share what actually happened and maybe offer a more balanced perspective. So yesterday, Kristen and Reafe got married and it was absolutely beautiful. 🥹 The livestream quality wasn’t great; it lagged a lot and kept freezing, so we never really got a smooth viewing experience. But even with all that, the ceremony itself was magical. Kristen looked stunning, everyone was emotional, and honestly, I cried too. After the ceremony, they interviewed some guests and mentioned there would be more coming later, showing more of the day. But after that, the screen switched to a still image of Kristen and Reafe, and as of right now, that image is still there. You can try reloading, but the video doesn’t play. The platform says the stream will be available for playback for two weeks, but it doesn’t seem like that feature is working yet. So I understand why some people are frustrated or asking for refunds, that’s valid. The livestream experience wasn’t what many expected or paid for. That said, we have to remember: this was their wedding day. They just got married, something they’ve been dreaming about for years. It’s probably been hectic, and they deserve to enjoy their moment before diving into fixing tech issues. We can still hold them accountable and expect an update or solution, but let’s also give them a little grace. They’ve always come across as genuine, caring people who value their community. I don’t think this was malicious or about money; it just seems like a technical issue on a once-in-a-lifetime day. Hopefully, they’ll be able to upload the recorded livestream in better quality, or offer something to make up for the experience. For me personally, even though the quality was bad, I still found it worth it just to witness such a special moment. So let’s stay kind and patient. Congrats again to Kristen and Reafe, wishing you both so much love and happiness in this next chapter. 💕

Anyone who paid for the livestream check your email for a new link. Not going to lie for those who seen majority of the live in real time yesterday there isn't that much more to it but it was nice they gave us the ability to view it 😊

Confused. I paid to reserve a "seat." I think when you initially proposed this, you should have announced the date. I understand that if you paid, you have two weeks to watch, but I clicked the link and nothing. Music 🎉 and there is a gorgeous photo of you both... someone is talking and nothing. i am so confused by this... love you both, but I hope you address this issue
