Kai used to be part of a rock band and was the lead vocalist while Emily was a college classmate, she had big dreams of proving herself to everyone but it costed Kai's mortality.

Krisis or Leona (her name before she died) was part of a fairly wealthy family and fell in love with her maid, Bunny. They often spoiled her. Bunny was the only one who understood Krisis and was the one who offered to cut their hair to help them feel less "girly".

And no, both relationships don't end well.
