SOMA is an all time favourite, and still scary even if you turn off dying

Her Story is a good mystery game that you can only play through once because the game is about uncovering the story, and you can stop whenever you're satisfied. You comb through a database of police interview video clips with a major crime suspect. You can search words that appear in the interviews to find more clips and learn more about what happened. It has a lot of twists and turns, but the order in which information is revealed is based entirely on what you're curious about first. I spent about 4 hours on it in total and saw everything so I would say that's probably how much time it would take to finish it.

Siren AKA Forbidden Siren is a horror masterpiece by Keiichiro Toyama - director of the original Silent Hill, Gravity Rush and Slitterhead. If you liked Bloodborne's Fishing Hamlet, you'll love it x

Fatum Betula is a short indie game. Maybe not strictly horror, but it’s creepy. The gameplay is mostly exploration with some light puzzles.

I really like the short indie horror game "Anatomy" by Kitty Horrorshow. It's about the way the rooms of a home are like the organs of a body. I played it about a decade ago and haven't been able to stop thinking about it ever since.

Ib is a classic rpgmaker horror game with fantastic atmosphere and a playthrough only takes like 90 minutes :) The haunted art gallery setting is done so well

"The Path" by Tale of Tales! It's a nice, mildly spooky exploration game with no jumpscares that's supposed to be a modern take of Little Red Riding Hood stories. It has a very simple gameplay loop, really nice visuals and great sound design/music :)

"The Voidness" is a sci-fi horror game that shares some mechanical similarities to Outlast, but uses lidar instead of a camera.

Nothing lives under the Lighthouse had been actually quite charming. I will also never not recommend Darkwood, even though it's not that short.

Hi Cultists! Hope everyone is going well. The weekend is almost here :)
Does anyone have any horror game recommendations? Something not too long, but really good? Something from an indie developer maybe?
Thanks!
