If you live in Texas, you are likely familiar with HEB's Brisket Queso. It comes ready to stick in the oven. It is awesome. But it is like $13 for a pretty small container. We had some leftover brisket in the freezer from last time I smoked a brisket. Here's the before and after. Would you guys be interested in seeing some recipes on this channel? I think the taste was better than HEB to be honest. We had a little stringiness with the cheese, but we likely just need to pick different cheese next time.

And yes, the tomatoes are from our garden. Before the last freeze, we brought in some green tomatoes. Some have ripened up really well already.
