For those who are wondering: Ontology is the philosophical study of existence and reality, exploring fundamental questions about what exists, how it exists, and how different kinds of existing things are categorized and related to each other.

Alright, analyzing this. -Ontologically is the study of being and existence. It’s considered a sub-section of metaphysics. -“Ontological risk” likely means prolonged exposure to the anomaly in questions either removes victims from reality or gives them forbidden knowledge about the workings of the universe. -A pentagram is pictured as a warning hazard, and the quote above directly mentions Hell. I’m stumped in the demonic category. I don’t know that many explicitly demonic SCPs, and the ones I can think of don’t seem like they’d work as SL additions. In terms of ontological risk, I don’t have much. Perhaps a pattern screamer anomaly like 3264. Pattern screamers don’t exist, so it makes sense they have a risk associated with being. Does anyone have ideas?

Warning: TOO MUCH TEXT Twelve is mentioned in the message, probably referring to O5, so maybe this has to do with the machine (Murdoch) that Vidya mentions in the Echoes 5 video. The cult symbol and the ontological thing might refer to O5 Twelve being responsible for the creation of the machine and it having something to do with the broken god, hence the claim that it is taking them to hell. We have already seen symbols all over the map. So maybe working on a machine related to the broken god is causing several problems at site O2, in addition to the Chaos attacking the site since they know they are doing something big thanks to the information Vidya gave them. Since there is nothing that says that this has to do with the new SCP, so I think this is more about lore. But well, this is just my theory. Because of the issue of cult symbols and symbols in the Foundation and this machine having the Murdoch's name appears bugged, making it easy for this to perhaps have something to do with a cult = the broken disc since it is the only cult-style group that has anything to do with machines, I think.

Bro, I looked it up ontological risk in SCP terms, I typed "what SCP causes ontological risk" and got "Apollyon-class SCPs are anomalies that cannot be contained, are expected to breach containment imminently, or some other similar scenario."
