Okay so i found this Show Called Mucha Lucha. i saw this Random Character (Zero Kelvin) And he looks very Cute but i've always wonder what does he look like without his Mask? i made the Art but didn't put the eyes bc I thought it would look Ugly so i decided to Give him Cutesy covered Hair.
