As many of you know, the Soviet-Afghan War saw the use of a various arsenal. More often than not, weapons of one side would be turned on their owners by the other side. From Chinese manufactured Type 56's to American-made "Stinger" launchers, this conflict was really a salad of everything available in the world at the time. However, more often than not, the Mujahedeen fighters had to rely on captured Soviet equipment, most notably AKM and AKM-74 rifles.
