For me, it's staying focused and comitted to your craft. If you're failing to start, but have the idea, that stems from one's inability to be laser-focused and dedicated to that idea. Staying focused on your dream is the hardest part, because one issue and it seems like many of us young ones begin to lose belief in ourselves.
