Organic food hopefully has less pesticides but isn't it nutritionally equivalent to non-organic?

Only heirloom produce is more nutritionally dense, regardless of how its grown, and foraged foods have an even higher nutritional value. Modern varieties have been bred for such specific traits that nutrition and flavor have been sacrificed for uniformity, early ripening qualities, and ability to produce on depleted soils.

If the absence of...sides affects nutrition I prefer it.

commercial food is grown in soil that has been used and abused many times over that nature can handle. Soil that has time to replenish given away minerals by natural forces produces far more nutrient rich and tastier product. I remember reading somewhere that todays food has lost more then half of nutrients compared to early in the century.
