🌿 May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🌿
And with that said, here are 5 areas of your life you can focus on right now to inspire the world—one breath, one moment, one connection at a time.

1. Yourself.
Check in. Be introspective. Where are you growing? Where can you work harder on yourself and be more tolerant of others? Accountability is self-love.

2. Your Family (Your Ohana).
How’s the home front? Reach out to that one family member whose energy lifts the room. Tell them what they mean to you.

3. Your Neighbors.
You don’t have to be outgoing to be kind. A wave, a smile, a simple “howdy”—these small acts build bridges. Get uncomfortable. Grow in Love.

4. Your Friends.
Especially the ones who always seem “fine.” The strong ones. The masked ones. Ask how they’re really doing. Let them know they don’t have to carry it all alone.

5. Your fellow human beings.
Hold the door. Give “hardy praise and approbation” for someone’s effort. Show up with kindness. You might be the light in someone’s storm.
