Has anyone had nerve ablation? To me it treats symptoms not root cause ( the usual MO in Canadian health care!!!)

I need to check your website out. I am from South Africa and have Rheumatoid Arthritis and fibromyalgia. But I also suffer from very bad back aches and pain due to degeneration all over my back - I sometimes go for facet block injections and rhizotomy but it does not help for long.

How effective is the ultrasound technology in removing bone obstructions affecting c4-c6. My VA surgeon has recommended ACDF with fusion. Any pertinent thoughts on this issue? FYI. The Cantor Spine center recommended that I lose 40 to 50lbs prior to any possible ultrasound surgery with Cantor. Please advise?

I have a cervical spine injury suggested procedure is a spinal fusion from C-3-6 it’s been almost 3 years since the injury now , had bone infection in the mouth and have had all top teeth removed in preparation to be cleared for surgery , I meet the Neurosugeon Dr Davey Dadey on Dec 23 to see where we’re at , I did have lots of pain and discomfort at the neck and shoulder /arm at first , now not much pain but numbing in both hands starting at little finger 3 fingers on both hands , also balance issues , lower back pain constant and some times muscle spasm that keep me bed ridden for a few days , I’m currently under owcp federal service now retired due to injury. . Can you help me in anyway ? Please contact me
