Even if it doesn't, it will be a horrible place to do the rat race thing to try to pay off that 30 year mortgage. It will look more and more dystopian with the heat, draught and the water restrictions that come with it.

From what I've heard they're building a pipe line from the Pacific to Las Vegas with a desalination in between.

Not anytime soon. NY is doing another drout warning. Last big one was in summer of 2002, we were on a stage 1 alert. By end of November tons or rain/snow fell. Alert was lifted by end of year. You don't need a full water reservoir at all times. Vegas has a few years to figure out how to add more to the system. Pipes from Cali might be a good backup.

No, but it'll cost a lot more in the future. Whether it's from recycling, desalination, pipelines, etc. those all require big $$$$.

When will housing prices come down. I saw a 2 bedroom condo in the Lakes for $280,000 that I’d have to put $30,000 into to live in. Mkt is still way to expensive. Who is but these garage condos

You’ve seen it... You’ve heard about it... BUT, will Vegas REALLY run out of water?
