Its difficult to say because they’re both awful people, but If I had to choose I’d say Vox simply because it didn’t matter if the people he killed were good or bad people, he only killed so he could rise the ranks. I’m not entirely sure if Alastor has killed innocents before or not, and yes he did kill a guy because he spilled wine on him and laughed, but I have a few theories that could possibly defend at least a portion of his kill count. Alastor was a colored man from the 30s and so he had to have ran into a lot of aggressors and discrimination. There’s also a old comic viv released back in the pilot days of Alastor killing another sinner because they were harassing a woman (idk if it’s still canon or not tho)
