Where's the option for not allowing them to use personal devices? For sure elementary age children should not have personal devices imo

Covenant Eyes. Essentially agent based. Would be awesome if Google or Apple implemented something thorough and comprehensive that mapped to websites and apps though. That would be better than the problematic send in your ID solutions people are pushing through. More cost than benefit it seems with those. Don't attack it at the network or geo level but at the device or OS level. They could even register a cryptographic token upon getting an ID with the state and parents could put that on the phone during setup. Granted it could be ignored by parents, but the enablement and making it an easy button would be huge. Then you just hook into the phones DNS processes and give parents control over apps. Google and Apple love profit, but attacking the problem at the OEM level is the way to go just like with passkeys if you want adoption and ease of use
