The fact that singed is probably the most consistent character across both seasons is quite fascinating

Are you also going to make a video about "loud heroes"? I think that there are generally two types of villain, which are ones that are pretty much the same as the hero and ones that are opposite to the hero. "The same as the hero" can range from the evil twin where they are pretty much the hero in terms of power and social influence with one core value different, to they are pretty much opposite but they have the same most important core value. Opposite of the hero is opposite in personality, opposite in social standing, opposite in methods of achieving goals, and opposite of all the core values. A lot of the time, heroes are extroverted/open as in you can easily form a good impression of them from their first scene. Like if the character is more introverted/closed off you would have to either introduce them with the mask on or you would have to show a moment of vulnerability so that you would know what they are "really like" but not conductive of how they are going to act for most of the story. Therefore a lot of villains are quiet and mysterious to contrast with the heroes. So the Piltover half of the plot (Season 1) revolves around Jayce who is outgoing and is willing to tell other characters and the audience what he is all about and he is honest about what he is about. Viktor, Mel, and Heimerdinger are more introverted/closed off than Jayce to different degrees (Viktor most, Mel more closed off than introverted, Heimerdinger is masking that he is masking/closed off emotionally even though he is trying) and they are all introduced as antagonists and then have a follow up scene where they are allied with Jayce. (Heimerdinger allows Hextech to happen because his love for invention overturned his fear, but it is more ambiguous whether he is on Jayce's side or if we should have been asking if Jayce was on HIS side.) Singed is a foil to Heimerdinger, Viktor, and Ambessa. He is very introverted/isolated because he is a similar foil to Viktor, and a mostly opposite to Ambessa. I think during the course of the story, he is a true opposite to Heimerdinger, but it's implied that they used to be pretty similar. Heimerdinger is pretty ambiverted. In comparison with Jayce he's an introvert, in comparison with Singed he's an extorvert. The tech thing might be something that they have in common but the type of technology they work with and the reasons why they like it, and the fact that Singed will only work if he is self-motivated to do so and Heimerdinger needs Ekko to get him to do anything makes me think that that is still evidences for them being opposite.
