Simon, he not only ran a successful park but cared about how the dinosaurs were feeling and if the guests were having fun. But he did indirectly cause his death and the creation of the indom, which he ordered to be made. Granted he didn't know what would happen.

Simon and John cared about the park and everything living in it but jhon couldn't open the park because of ned and Simon asked Wu to make a hybrid but Wu went too far Simon then tried to help the guest by trying to kill the indom himself so Simon takes the cake here

Ludlow deserves to be off your minds in terms of consideration, Hammond is a bit too eager and wasn’t prepared. Masrani literally ran the park for the public, unlike what the other two were even close to doing
