I go to children's park and then do it on the swing. The only problem is that the bar is very thick LOL.

I use parallel bars so that I can perform inverted rows. I don't have direct access to a pull up bar, so this has been helpful for me to exercise my back muscles especially. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’›Thank you so much for this amazing YouTube c

I'm doing bent-over rows with resistance bands. I don't have a place to attach some rings to the ceiling and I don't trust a door frame to hold up my 300lbs, so resistance bands it is! I just have to make sure I'm engaging my back on every rep.
