270 short mag did it to me and I played it off and handed the gun to my friend knowing he’d do the same damn thing and he sure did.

U wont forget to hold the front of the gun down next time and if u do you'll get another reminder. 264 win mag bit me twice never forgot after that 2nd time though had a scar for 28 years from it. I was like 12 though and had the gun laying over top a roundbale during deer season while shooting a monster buck i simply forgot to hold it down 2nd shot got me right after the first like 10 seconds later when i put a finalizing shot on that buck made me stupid i was shaking so much after it was crazy first time i felt adrenaline rush but i didnt feel my split face just the blood
