Mikkey Dee is a Swedish drummer, best known for his long-time role with Motörhead, where his speed and precision became defining elements of the band’s sound. Before joining Motörhead in 1992, he gained recognition with King Diamond in the 1980s, contributing to landmark albums like Abigail and THEM, and later played with Don Dokken on Up from the Ashes. Dee’s powerful style made him a standout in the hard rock and metal scenes, earning him a loyal following and appearances with various notable acts. Since 2016 he is the drummer of the german rock band Scorpions. Mikkey is part of the SONOR family of artists since the early 1980s. In 2012, SONOR released the Mikkey Dee Signature Model Snare Drum.
