No strings attached….

The topic today is about free gifts with no strings attached.

Do you know anywhere, where you can get a free gift with no strings attached?

Majority would answer; “NO!”

But honestly I know the one place where you can.

This isn’t a sales pitch, or is it? 😂

No, no, no it’s not. Just had to add some humor.

You may have heard in the past that heaven has requirements for us in order to go.

Well I’m here to let the truth of what God says be heard.

There are no strings or requirements for humans to enter heaven.

• You don’t have to quit sinning.
• You don’t have to turn from your sins.
• You don’t have to go to church.
• You don’t have to jump through any hoops.

Heaven in the Holy Bible is offered as a “FREE GIFT.”

In the Bible it is called; “ETERNAL LIFE.”

God knew we were imperfect humans.

God knew we could not keep the laws (the commandments) when He gave them to Moses.

God even had the Jews offering sacrifices for forgiveness of their sins because He knew they were imperfect.

That carried on for many, many years, until…..

JESUS CHRIST (the LAMB of God)

The ultimate sacrificial lamb that would take away the sin debt occured from humanity.

See, the only way to enter heaven is to have our debt paid in full.

That presents a problem for us, because we can’t make that payment that God accepts.

The only payment God accepts is the death of an innocent person who has never sinned.

In the past, He would allow the death of an animal that was of purity.

No imperfections could be on the animal.

But it would only forgive the debt of the sins for a year.

It’s crazy to think about. Only a year?!

What?! So then how did people go to heaven then?

Because the debt still had not been paid in full.

It was by faith even back then.

It was faith that Abraham had that was counted as righteousness.

Faith is believing God, trusting God.

So when Abraham believed God, his faith was accounted for Righteousness.

That faith in God is what saved him.

The same applies today. But now we have Jesus Christ, God in the flesh.

So Jesus was born of Gods Holy Spirit and of a virgin.

Jesus was the lamb sacrifice for the ENTIRE WORLD.

That means all people; past, present and future.

That also includes ALL SIN; past, present and future.

On the 3rd day after His death, He rose Himself up from the grave and is alive in heaven even now.

He is God Almighty.

It is ONLY by believing, trust what God did for us, that saves us.

When we believe God, Jesus as our saviour that takes away our sin debt, our faith belief is what is counted for righteousness.

You may ask, “what does that mean?”

It means Jesus paid your sin debt to God. It is Gods righteousness that is now put in you permanently.

This righteousness is called the “Holy Spirit.”

You receive Gods spirit in you.

No matter what you do from here on out, you WILL GO TO HEAVEN!

Should we go on to do good?

Yes

But it is not required to receive heaven as a free gift.

Heaven is entirely free to anyone who believes.

I hope today is the day you change your mind, and trust what Jesus has done for you.

Please say a prayer for Pastor Dr. Ralph 'Yankee' Arnold and Sister Betty. We had a wonderful send off today. Yankee and Miss Betty are on their way for a 9 month journey across America. God bless them as they preach the gospel of grace, the “GOOD NEWS” of Christ Jesus. May the good LORD direct and protect them along the way. God has scheduled many divine appointments. God bless them them all to be fruitful and plentiful.

We met brother Michael Brown and his beautiful wife Sissy Nicole Brown. We are excited to announce that they will be interviewing us on their channel in the near feature.

Class starts this Saturday, June 15, 2024.

Classes will be held on the zoom app or website.

You can join in on video or audio only.

We will have prayer, bring elements for communion weekly.
