So many things cross my mind when I'm practicing. How long will I be able to play? Is the little tweak in my knees will go away? I've been fortunate to be in great health and I've adjusted the way that I play according to my age. The key to longevity is to being able to "Shoot" the basketball. Simply said, if you can shoot, you can pace down on your game and still be effective. These are the drill that I do in Mid 40s.

練習しているときに、いろいろなことが頭をよぎる。どれくらい長くプレイできるだろうか?膝のちょっとした違和感はなくなるのだろうか?幸運にも、健康に恵まれているし、年齢に合わせてプレイの仕方を調整してきた。「シュート」は年齢が幾つになろうと上達ができると思う。基礎体力が備わっていればね。簡単に言えば、シュートができれば、ゲームのペースを落としても効果的にプレイできる!
