Yes!!! The QCW DRSSTC works! Since I just got done with the DRSSTC, I started to wonder why the QCW didn't work before. I brought out my old driver board and found out that the culprit was the cd4046 IC. It was just too slow and caused the Tesla coil to begin its oscillation half way through the ramp. Now with my improved driver and setup, the device has been brought to life!

I just need to turn it up...
