If all property investors sell up in Victoria when 30% of people rent, where are they going to find somewhere to live. BTW Topher doesn’t realise that Blackrock bought 30% of Aussie residential properties sold in 2023. Who are the first 3 largest land owners in Australia - all foreigners/foreign corporations. So whilst you the mum and dad landlords are being lamblasted here our land is being sold to foreign corporations who won’t give a shit how much rent increases. Try getting your rental houses upgraded or maintained then. And what will happen to rentals:- increases like no one can even yet fathom.
