Hi guys, I wanted to introduce myself to those that don’t know me...I am Nishita & I worked in India as a Training & Quality Manager for finance & ecommerce sector serving high Networth customer for many years.... I always felt like people have immense potential & work really hard in their career but few years down the line their excitement goes away. When I look back I didn't have help except some elderly or a neighbor who would advice without knowing about my industry. I feel sad when I see new enthusiastic soul fading its charm under deadlines & targets. Something inside me wanted to help people to take the 1st step in right direction so they do not get lost and get most our of their career. And this makes my heart cherish.
