There are only 25 days left until Christmas.

My move to New York is delayed until January 2026, so there will be a media pickups video sometime in that month.

That month I will (hopefully) finally show the Blu-ray that I got in September 2025.

Note that it does say OPENING SOON, but I decided to open it a few weeks early.

The spreadsheet is split onto 3 different categories:

MOVIE COLLECTION (KEEP):

All the titles I have watched and know I will watch over and over again (There are only a few titles in there I haven't watched yet, mostly Laserdiscs.)

SWITCH GAMES/APPS:

All the Nintendo Switch Games/Apps I have either physically or digitally.

UNWATCHED/NEED TO WATCH AGAIN:

All the titles I either need to watch for the first time, or need to rewatch, before I decide if I will be keeping those titles (if it's a movie I know I will watch over and over again) or not keeping those titles.

Hopefully I can get most if not all of those titles watched by the end of 2026.

Like I said, expect me to do a video of my VHS collection (of what I have left) once I move to my new home in December

Anyone who subscribes to me because they want to see openings/closings/disc menu walkthroughs from me, don't even bother staying subscribed to me.

I am done with openings, as stated in another post, and I only do physical media update videos once a month with some exceptions.

A video of my entire VHS Collection (what I still have) will be done as soon as I move into my new home in New York.

I will still continue to get rid of any physical media I either upgrade from VHS/DVD to Blu-ray/Laserdisc/HD-DVD/4K Ultra-HD, or I watch a movie and decide that I will never watch the movie again

My old Devinnytroy account that I had from April 8, 2015 to November 28, 2020 was terminated for "Spam, Scams or Commercially Deceptive content" exactly 5 years ago today, and today would have been my 5-year anniversary of my Devinnytroyopenings channel.

As I said in my rules list, I no longer do openings/closings/disc menu walkthroughs for these reasons:

It felt more like work than fun in the recent days, and it was not as fun as it once was.

I got multiple copyright strikes from openings.

Some of the videos, specifically Disney openings, kept getting flagged by YouTube as made for kids and my appeals would usually get rejected.

I no longer have a working component and/or HDMI Capture card.

and finally,

I am not going back to doing potatocam openings, especially due to storage issues on 4 iPod Touches I had and my Samsung Phone.

There are only 30 days left until Christmas, and 37 days until New Year's Day!

There will most likely be a Media Pickups video in December 2025, but as long as I don't get anything I get for Christmas that I know I will not keep. Thank you all for your patience!

A Media Pickups video for November 2025 is highly unlikely, as it is highly unlikely I will be getting any physical media this month.

This will make it the second November since 2014 I did not get any physical media in November (After November 2023, as I already mentioned in a previous post that I had stopped going to my local flea market), and it will be the first time since 2013 that I did not get any physical media in more than 1 month. (Last time it happened was from 4/29/13 to 7/13/13).

I am estimated to move into my new home in December, so there will most likely be a media pickups video that month (including showing the Blu-ray 3-film set that I got in September 2025), so as long as I don't get anything I know I won't be keeping.

Even though there is no guarantee, I am officially estimated to be leaving Florida on December 19, 2025.

I will update if this is pushed forward or delayed.
