Hey All,
Everything is going great with my workouts and my eating. I'm using a bit of everything right now from the Kettlebell and DVDs to the Wii/Xbox for my workouts. I'm just 35lbs from my ultimate goal weight and I am going to reach it!!
It's time to get ready for Summer and stop wasting time!!
To lose weight and get healthy it takes 80% eating healthy and 20% working out, so keep both in balance!!
Remember the energy you use to lose is the same energy you use to maintain.
