National Association for Media Literacy Education

The National Association for Media Literacy Education (NAMLE) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing media literacy education in the United States. We support educators, students, researchers, and advocates working to ensure everyone has the skills to access, analyze, evaluate, create, and act using all forms of communication. Our work includes professional development opportunities, research, thought leadership, and signature initiatives like the U.S. Media Literacy Week and our annual professional development conference.

At a time when media and technology are shaping every aspect of daily life, NAMLE is committed to helping people of all ages become thoughtful, informed, and empowered media participants. Join us as we build a more media-literate society—one that’s prepared to navigate and thrive in a rapidly evolving information landscape. Learn more at namle.org.
