Hello there! I'm Hiromi from Tokyo, Japan and living in NY over 20 years!
Love to cook and eat. As a Japanese, some of my friends often ask me how to cook Japanese dishes so I decided to create this channel to show how to cook them:) However I don't cook and eat Japanese everyday so will show you other easy dishes that I cook for my everyday life too! And share some my fav places related to food in NY too!!
Just a note, Itadakimasu is the word Japanese say before eating meal like bon appétit, buon appetito, que aproveche, let's eat! But it actually has deeper meaning. Itadakimasu means our gratitude for the life having died to become our provisions, a person who made the dish and peoples who made the ingredient. I really love this word.
