My Cute Korean Mother
During 25 years of me living in the United States, my mom has visited about 15 times. She always found her home in Korea most comfortable, never staying here for more than two weeks. However, with the weddings of her two grandchildren planned within a month of each other, she has made a big decision to stay for over a month to attend both weddings. My mom is currently in the early stages of dementia. Occasionally, she gets confused about where she is or whether it's morning or evening. To me, this month-long period of time I can spend with my mom is clearly a precious gift. So, I want to record it. Sometimes, my mom says precious things. It would be nice if the camera were always on to capture every moment. Nevertheless, I must do my best to gather these moments. Among the people I love most is my mom, Mrs. Kim Soon-Keum. Wishing for a very, very long time together, I begin uploading videos.
