We have been reading the feedback regarding the Christmas Event pricing and structure over the last few days.

We missed the mark. Our intention was to build a high value and engaging experience for the Christmas event, but we realise that the entry requirement created a barrier that excluded a significant portion of our community.

We are making changes to ensure everyone can participate.

The event will be split into two tiers. Both tiers play the exact same daily challenges.

🚌 The Standard Tier (Free)

Cost: Free for everyone.
Rewards: You will earn a total of 4,050 Points (R$ 680 in shop value) by completing the daily calendar.
Goal: These points are yours to keep and can be used to purchase vehicles from the Standard Dealership.
⚠️ Important: This tier does not grant access to the 3 new Limited Edition Christmas buses. Those vehicles remain exclusive to the Premium Plan.

🪙 The Premium Tier (R$ 999)

Cost: R$ 999 (One-time purchase).
Rewards: Unlocks the full 16,350 Points (~R$ 2,452 in shop value)
Goal: Grants exclusive access to the Event Showroom to purchase the 3 Limited Edition Christmas Buses or players can use the points to purchase any bus from the Standard Dealership.

Flexible Upgrades (Retroactive Rewards)
We have also updated the system so you do not need to commit to the Premium Pass immediately.
You can start on the Standard Plan. If you decide to upgrade to Premium later in the month, you will instantly receive the difference in points for every challenge you have already completed. You lose nothing by waiting.

We hope this adjustment creates a fairer environment where everyone can get on the Christmas event this December, regardless of which tier they choose.

Thank you for feedback.
