KOURZEQ (triamcinolone acetonide dental paste USP 0.1%) is a prescription medicine used to treat oral lesions including canker sores in adults. Do not take if you are allergic to KOURZEQ or any of its ingredients or if you have a mouth or throat infection. Side effects at the site of application can occur. Side effects may include: local burning, itching, and thinning of the tissue inside your mouth. If irritation develops, stop KOURZEQ and talk to your healthcare provider. Tell your healthcare provider if healing or significant improvement has not occurred in seven days.
