There are five main aspects of personal health: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual. In order to be considered "well," it is imperative for none of these areas to be neglected
While I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist by trade, I understand that wellness is more than ow you workout and what you eat, although these are two HUGE contributors to wellness. I also dive into the emotional work I've done in my personal life, as well as the social connections that allow me to thrive and lastly the spiritual journey I've gone on and continue to work on at the foundation of me.
I don't have any claims in regards to being best in fitness, smartest or know more than the next, but sometimes the gold is in the journey!!! Please enjoy and God bless
