YC Holdings Inc. (YC) is an environmental consulting firm established in 2003 in Taiwan and dedicated to climate change policy and carbon market services. YC has been assisting the Ministry of Environment for over 20 years on climate policy, carbon market, and international cooperation, serving as contact points with the German Emissions Trading Authority (DEHSt), World Bank, International Carbon Action Partnership (ICAP), and International Emissions Trading Association (IETA). It is also taking part in a dialogue facility with the Asia Society Policy Institute (ASPI) on carbon market cooperation in the Asian region, and recently helped complete a study on “Carbon Pricing Options for Taiwan”.
